American Repertory Theater, Actors' Shakespeare Project, and Revels team up to fill the area with a boat load of Shakespearian entertainment and fun including a production of "Love's Labour's Lost". I assume they're closing down the street, because Winthrop Park is tiny...(?)

Who are the Orion Sword Dancers? I guess they're friends of the Revels folks who dance... with swords...

"As You Like It": Shakespeare in the Park

The annual Free Shakespeare performances are really one of the best gifts to the city, so we should appreciate it and take in a performance.

It's one of the Bard's sylvan love stories, which the Commonwealth Shakespeare Company will twist it in their way as they usually do each year. From what I can tell, it looks like the sets will be reinterpreted in a 40's style.

The last weekend of free Shakespeare! (at least, this production of free Shakespeare...)

...open to participants of all ages. ...a free multi-faceted event featuring workshops, performances, backstage tours, games, and lectures for the public to enjoy and learn more about the works of William Shakespeare.
Past workshops have included: voice projection, stage-fighting, stage death techniques (naturally follows stage-fighting)...
