SUN 7/12: Chinese, French, Drawing, Music

Bastille Day, Cambridge
I know Bastille Day is on the 14th, but it's close...

SUN 7/12

11am to 5pm
Annual Chinatown Main Street Festival
near the Chinatown Arch, 70 Beach St, Boston
FREE admission

Food, traditional entertainment, arts/crafts.

SUN 7/12

2 pm
at Lily Pad, 1353 Cambridge St, Cambridge (Inman Sq)
$10 suggested donation

Two sets of large ensemble jazz.

SUN 7/12

2:30pm to 5:30pm
Dr. Sketchy's Anti-Art School Cabaret: Life Drawing Class
at Great Scott, 1222 Comm Ave, Allston
$7 / 18+

A couple of tips: Come on time to get a seat up front. Keep it small so others can crowd in around you. Bring your stuff in a milk crate so you have something to sit on or put your stuff on. (we have lots of seats, but more is helpful)
This month's model: Devilicia D'Amour (Black Cat Burlesque, La Gata Negra wrestling) who was the first Sketchy's Boston model in '07.

SUN 7/12

3pm to 10pm
Bastille Day Party
along Holyoke Street, Cambridge (Harvard Sq)

Soak in the French ambience with food, music, etc. Watch the waiters race. As cheap as how much food and drink you buy, but way cheaper than a full meal at Sandrine's...

SUN 7/12

Harry and the Potters
at Gore Place, 52 Gore St, Waltham (off Main St, near Watertown Line)

Wizard rock to benefit the historical location. The concert will take place in the tent on the grounds of the 45-acre estate.

SUN 7/12

Audrye Sessions, Paper Route, The Fatal Flaw
at Middle East - Upstairs, 472 Mass Ave, Cambridge (Central Sq)
$10 advance / $12 day of show / 18+

Non-wizard rock to benefit your ears.
