Another chance to make Boston better. There are several locations where you can show up and help.

Please meet promptly at 9:00, wear durable, weather-appropriate clothing
that can get dirty, and bring drinking water. Volunteers will be
provided with supplies and instructions ,and are also invited to attend
a post-cleanup thank you picnic.

Part of JazzBoston Jazz Week. Duke Ellington was like the King Midas of
jazz; everything he wrote or played turned to gold. BC's big band bOp!
and gospel choir Voices of Imani perform selections from Duke's Sacred
(but not stiff) Concert.

Run of the Charles Canoe & Kayak Race
from Great Plain Ave, Needham to Herter Park, Brighton
FREE

Stand along any part of the river to watch canoes and kayaks paddle quickly, or go to the end there's going to be a festival with fun and food available that will go on well after noon.
