Sneak Peek -- Mark I

Smuttynose IPA

I'd like to thank everyone at Smuttynose Brewing Company for getting home late last night and falling asleep on the futon before doing my CTB stuff.

Here's something... There is SO MUCH cheap fun out there this weekend! I have to put some of this out.

Also look into Super 400 at Tommy Doyle's (Harvard Sq) tonight. It'll be the best $2 you can spend. (Unless you can find a $2 Smuttynose...)

--------------------------------------------------------------

FRI 7/18

6:30pm
Anita Coelho - Afro-Heritage Project
at Cambridge Multicultural Arts Center Courtyard, 41 Second St, Cambridge (East Cambridge)
FREE

I'm pretty sure that I saw Coehlo perform in the CMAC courtyard last year, and it was an enjoyable set of Latin jazz. There was some gentle prodding for crowd participation, but it's a low-pressure atmosphere -- so go ahead and clap/dance...

A nice start to the night.

Part of East Cambridge's Boom Town Festival.

FRI 7/18

6pm
Informal Grammar Girl Gathering
at Tavern in the Square, 1815 Mass Ave, Cambridge

If you're a fan of "Grammar Girl", you might already be aware of this. She seems way more popular than I am. (Oprah likes her!?) Perhaps it's time to take your talk of dangling participles out of the chat room and get it into the bar room to see how the participles dangle IRL.

Mignon says, "Let's just hang out, take pictures, and talk about grammar."
