SUN 4/10: Have a Nice Day

The something is better-than-nothing edition is brought to you by having too much fun.

--------------------------------------------------------------

2pm to 4pm

If you're near Inman or Union Square there's a free ice cream sampling at the Taza Chocolate Factory Store.

2:30pm

Time for another installment of Dr. Sketchy's Anti-Art School Burlesque Life Drawing Session ($8 / 18+) at Great Scott.

3pm

There's Latin American classical music (FREE) at Villa Victoria Center followed by Boston Children’s Chorus with guest conductor Maria Guinard.

4:30pm to 7:30pm

Easy Ed is hosting a Western swing party ($4 / $2 children) at the Midway Cafe with Stretch Dawrson from Scotland (believe it or not). Ed will start playing records at 3:30pm.

Tom Janovitz, Dave Aaronoff, Erin Harpe are playing afterwards around 7:30pm ($??).

8pm

I don't know what the deal with "The Wizard Side of Oz" this week. The Brattle is showing "The Dark Side of Oz" ($10 / $8 students) where they'll sync it with Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" -- then some band is playing the whole album on THUR 4/14 at Johnny D's.
