TUES 3/25: Opening Day

manny had the game-winning hit today
The season has begun with a win! It's a time to celebrate every victory and dream of free furniture from Jordan's. It's also time to second-guess every move and criticize any player who slumps for a couple games. All together that's the fun of being a fan...

I don't have too much to add about tonight's offerings below, but it looks like you still have time to RSVP if you want to see the free Everclear show at Ned Devine's tonight. Doors open at 8pm, and they will only let in the first 1,000 people...

Le Loup is doing their chamber-pop at TT's...

Bill Cosby will probably get agitated about the state of the world at the Museum Of African American History...

Barefoot Truth are good bunch of guys that do an enjoyable brand of jammy, soulful folk-rock a la G. Love or Carbon Leaf. They're doing a 7:30 show at Paradise Lounge with 2 openers including the very young-looking Berklee student Emily Elbert...

Personally, I more interested in tomorrow's Quebecois soiree...

I wrote a post about Boston bands at SXSW for Bostonist a few days ago. I wasn't there, but I did some Internet research...
